A Modern and high-performance machine floor

MSI has at its disposal a 6500 m² modern production plant divided into 3 sites.

Regularly added to and renewed, it gives us the means to answer all you specific needs for complex machining, turning, milling, boring, EDM and precision grinding.

Capacity

Our collection of machine tools and robots (MAZAK, MORI SEIKI, OKUMA, KUKA…) gives us a capacity of 150,000 machine hours per year.

• Inner and outer diameter turning up to a maximum diameter of 800 mm (32”) and a maximum length of 3050 mm (120”).
• Vertical and horizontal milling up to 400*1500*1200 mm (160” * 60” * 50”) and a maximum weight of 5 tons.
• Production of unit pieces or limited series.
• Hydraulic assemblies (up to 15,000 PSI)

The plant floor is organized by production line with special skills from prototypes to limited production series.
